TEVTA, Government of the Punjab, is conducting a public auction for the sale of 17.5 acres of land through open bidding. The auction will be held on 22 June 2026 at 11:00 AM at the TEVTA office in Multan, Punjab. This is a significant property asset being offered for competitive bidding with transparent procurement procedures aligned with PPRA regulations. The land is being auctioned as surplus or unutilised government property under the authority of the Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority, one of Punjab's premier vocational education institutions. The auction notice has been published on TEVTA's official website (www.tevta.gop.pk) and the PPRA portal for wide visibility and public participation.
All bidders must submit a mandatory security deposit of Rs. 700,000 along with a photocopy of their original CNIC (national identity card) before bidding commences. This security deposit is refundable after the auction process is completed. The successful bidder will be required to pay one-quarter (1/4) of the total bid amount at the auction venue immediately, with the remaining balance due at the time of physical weighment and final payment on site. The competent authority reserves the right to reject or cancel any bid or the entire auction process prior to formal approval without assigning any reason.
