Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Petroleum Limited (PPL) invites bids for the expansion of GPF-IV ESD system and upgradation of engineering workstation featuring TRICONEX TMR technology. This procurement project is issued under tender reference PD/P&C/PT/32172/26 with revised closing date of 4 June 2026 at 1500 hours. The scope encompasses system expansion and modernization of critical control infrastructure to enhance operational safety and efficiency at PPL facilities in Sindh province. Bidders must meet all eligibility criteria as specified in the tender documents, including possession of relevant technical qualifications, valid business registration, and experience in similar ESD system installations and upgrades. Bid security requirements and financial credentials must be submitted as per the instruction for bidders section. All relevant licenses and certifications for handling industrial control systems must be current and verifiable.
Tender documents are available online through PPL's e-procurement portal at https://eprocurement.ppl.com.pk, where all bids must be submitted in electronic format only. Bidders who have already submitted proposals under the original closing date may retrieve and resubmit their bids before the revised deadline. The bid opening will occur 30 minutes after the closing time on 4 June 2026 at 1500 hours at PPL headquarters.
