For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
SSGC seeks a laboratory service provider for recurring lube oil testing across Sindh operations—RULER, TAN, element/particle analysis, water content, MPC testing.
This is a multi-year service contract (FY 2026-27 onwards) rather than one-off procurement, suggesting stable revenue potential for qualified labs. Scale appears medium to large given SSGC's national footprint. Tight 48-hour bidding window (closes Aug 17, 2026) and mandatory ePADS submission only. Least Cost selection means competitive pricing critical; technical capability to perform full ISO-aligned test suite is non-negotiable.
Who can bid: Must be registered on ePADS v2.0 before bid submission. Typically requires NTN/SECP registration for service providers in Pakistan. Notice specifies laboratory testing license and technical qualifications mandatory but does not name specific certifications (ISO 17025 likely required in practice). Bid security (Pay Order, Bank Guarantee, or BSC format) required—amount not stated in summary.
