Advance Lube Oil Testing Services by SSGC Procurement Department

SSGC Procurement Department invites competitive bids for advance lube oil testing services covering RULER, TAN, element analysis, MPC, water content, and particle count analysis. The procurement is planned for fiscal year 2026-27 with a reserved fund allocation and reference number P67091. This is a non-consultancy service contract procured through open competitive bidding using the Least Cost Based Selection technique, applicable across SSGC operations in Sindh province. The bidding process will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (ePADS) v2.0 platform, ensuring transparency and compliance with Public Procurement Rules 2004.

Eligible bidders must be registered on ePADS v2.0 and are required to submit bid security in the form of a Pay Order, Bank Guarantee, or Bid Securing Declaration as per the prescribed format outlined in the bidding document.
