Description / Scope of Work
The Office of Senior Civil Judge (Civil Division) in Rawalpindi invites electronic bids through E-Pads from well-reputed firms registered with the Sales Tax and Income Tax Department for the procurement of furniture. This e-tender is issued for the financial year 2025-2026 with an estimated cost of Rs. 3,665,000 and requires an earnest money deposit of Rs. 183,250. The procurement will be executed on a free delivery to consignee basis, ensuring all furniture items are delivered directly to the judicial office in Rawalpindi, Punjab.
Bidders must be registered with the Sales Tax and Income Tax Department to qualify for this procurement. E-bids must be prepared in strict accordance with the instructions contained in the bidding documents and submitted with the required bid security instrument. Financial proposals must be quoted after inclusion of all applicable taxes. The authority reserves the right to enhance or reduce the quantity of items as per operational requirements.

E-bids must be submitted on or before 06.06.2026 at 08:30 A.M., and will be opened on the same day at 09:00 A.M. in the office of the undersigned at the Judicial Complex, Rawalpindi.
