Description / Scope of Work
The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Balochistan Quetta invites electronic bids from eligible vendors for the procurement of IT equipment items under a Single Stage-One Envelope tender for fiscal year 2025-26. This is a national-level goods procurement tender using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in compliance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. The tender is for various IT equipment required by NAB's Quetta office located in Sadar, Quetta District, Balochistan Province.
Bidders must be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform before the submission deadline. All bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0; manual submissions are not accepted. Bidders are required to furnish bid security in the form of a Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, or Demand Draft as specified in the bidding document. Where bid security is not mandated by the Procuring Agency, bidders must submit a Bid Security Declaration as outlined in the tender documents.
Electronic bid documents containing complete terms, conditions, specifications and requirements are available on EPADS at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Registration must be completed on or before June 8, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bids opening the same day at 11:30 AM.
