Description / Scope of Work
Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO) invites e-bids on National Competitive Bidding basis from registered manufacturers and suppliers for the supply of various safety equipment and electrical materials on free delivery basis to the Deputy Manager Regional Store in Abbottabad, KPK. The procurement includes fourteen distinct items such as earth resistance testers, lineman safety boots, rubber insulating gloves of different classes, cotton liners, leather protective gloves, working gloves, rubber insulating sleeves, lineman life-saving earthing chains, high voltage proximity detectors, grounding sets, digital over current relays, safety harness belts, hardlines, and electrical tree trimmers in quantities ranging from 14 units to 520 pairs. All bidding will be conducted through the E-PADS (E-Procurement & Acquisition & Disposal System) portal in accordance with PPRA Public Procurement Rules 2004 and NTDC/WAPDA specifications as amended.
Eligible bidders must be registered with NTDC/WAPDA and submit their bids through the online E-PADS portal at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted in the name of the Chief Executive Officer HAZECO as specified in tender documents. Original bid security must be delivered to the Manager Supply Chain Management office at HAZECO Headquarters, Gulistian Colony, College Road, Abbottabad before the bid closing time. Bids with confidential information, partial or incomplete documentation will be rejected. All bids must remain valid for sixty days from the opening date.
Bid documents are available for download from the E-PADS portal. The tender features two submission stages with single stage one envelope closing on 08.06.2026 at 11:00 AM for most items and single stage two envelope closing on 08.06.2026 at 10:45 AM for safety harness belt and hardline, with bid opening scheduled for the same date. Interested suppliers must register at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk. HAZECO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA regulations.
