Infrastructure and Street Development Works by Local Government and Rural Development Department Peshawar

The Local Government and Rural Development Department Peshawar invites sealed tenders through EPADS for three major infrastructure development projects in Peshawar city and surrounding areas under the MRS-2025 (1st Bi annual) budget allocation. The works include improvement of basic infrastructure, street lights, and drinking water supply systems at Regi, Sufaid Dheri, Malakander, and urban areas of Peshawar with an estimated cost of Rs 72.00 million; street pavements, drains, culverts, and infrastructure improvements at Regi, Hayatabad, Malakander, University Town, and rural areas of Peshawar valued at Rs 70.00 million; and street pavements, drains, culverts, street lights, and drinking water supply systems at University Town and Hayatabad urban areas of Peshawar estimated at Rs 69.50 million. All works are registered with PEC and enlisted with C&W Department under the Centralized Enlistment Policy of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Eligible contractors and firms must be registered with PEC and enlisted with the C&W Department as per government policy. Tender documents are available for download from the EPADS website at www.eprocure.gov.pk. Bidders must submit technical and financial bids through EPADS, with financial proposals to be sent to the Office of Assistant Director, Bacha Khan Chowk, Peshawar through registered courier before the bid submission deadline. Bid security at 2 percent of estimated cost must be provided as call deposit in favor of the Assistant Director, Local Government and Rural Development Department Peshawar. Matters regarding bid security shall be dealt in accordance with KPPRRA Notification No. S.R.O (29)/Vol-1-40/2025-26 dated 29th October, 2025.

Technical and financial bid documents can be downloaded from www.eprocure.gov.pk. The last date and time for submission of electronic tender forms is 08th June, 2026 at 12:30 PM. Online clarification will be accepted until 01st June, 2026. Technical proposals must be numbered with a table of contents. Cutting or overwriting in bid solicitation documents is not acceptable. Financial bids of only technically responsive qualified bidders will be opened after evaluation of technical bids in presence of bidders or their representatives.
