Description / Scope of Work
TEVTA Wood Working Centre, Kot Addu invites e-bids from pre-qualified manufacturers for the procurement of semi-finished and steel furniture items including wood components, planks, beadings, wood structures, semi-finished and finished wood furniture, steel furniture and fixtures. The estimated tender value is Rs. 2,680,960 with bid security fixed at Rs. 53,620. This is a single-stage one-envelope procurement conducted under rule 17(5) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 for the financial year 2025-2026. The centre is located opposite Wapda Colony on G.T. Road in Kot Addu, Punjab.
Only bidders who are pre-qualified with TEVTA Wood Working Centre, Kot Addu under the category of Manufacturer (Goods) are eligible to participate. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax. All e-bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order made in the name of TEVTA Wood Working Centre, Kot Addu. Original bid security instruments must be submitted in a clearly marked envelope before the e-bid submission deadline.
Complete e-bids must be submitted online via the e-Procurement System (EPADS) at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk before 10 June 2026 at 10:30 AM. E-bids will be opened on 10 June 2026 at 11:00 AM at TEVTA Wood Working Centre, Opposite Wapda Colony, G.T. Road, Kot Addu.
