Sui Southern Gas Company Limited, a major utility company operating in Sindh province, invites sealed quotations for the supply of spares for GM gas engine generators under tender reference SSGC/LP/EPADS/PT/2149147. The procurement is on a complete package basis as well as on a turn-key basis and includes twenty line items covering essential engine components such as H.T. leads, ignition wires, gaskets, oil seals, rocker arms, valve lifters, ignition coils, oil filters, sensors, fan belts, and electronic pressure regulators. The tender is issued under the PPRA Rules 2004 using a single-stage one-envelope bidding procedure. Quotations must be submitted in Pakistani Rupees with an Earnest Money (Fixed Bid Bond) of PKR 120,000. The tender documents are available for purchase from the Tender Room at SSGC Head Office, located at CRD Building, Ground Floor, SSGC Head office complex in Karachi, Sindh province.
Suppliers must be active on the FBR Active Tax Payer List (ATL) to be eligible for participation. It is mandatory for all bidders to purchase tender documents from the Tender Room and attach the original Token Slip as evidence of purchase to the sealed envelope before submission. Bidders are advised that any corrigendums, clarifications, addendums, or extensions issued will be notified only to those suppliers who have formally purchased the tender documents, except for EPADS tender announcements.
Sealed quotations must be submitted by 1530 hours on 16 June 2026 at the Tender Room, CRD Building, Ground Floor, SSGC Head Office complex, Karachi 75300. Bids will be opened at 1600 hours on the same date.
