Description / Scope of Work
State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan, Real Estate Division, invites tenders for the maintenance contract of diesel generator sets installed at State Life Buildings in Karachi, Sindh. The tender is issued under tender reference RE/EL/O&M/D.G/JULY/2026 following the single stage single envelope procedure of PPRA Rules. Bid documents must be submitted and uploaded on E-PADS (V.2.0) latest by 19 August 2026 at 11:00 a.m. The scope encompasses comprehensive maintenance services for the D.G set equipment at the State Life Building No. 09, Dr. Zia Uddin Ahmed Road, Karachi. The project location is at the Real Estate Division, 4th Floor Annexe Building, State Life Building No. 09, Dr. Zia Uddin Ahmed Road, Karachi 75530.
Bidders must submit a bid security in the form of a pay order of Rs. 25,000 (fixed amount) to the office before bid opening on 19 August 2026 at 11:00 a.m. Mandatory eligibility requirements include a valid GST Certificate, NTN and SST Certificate issued by Revenue Board Sindh Sales Tax Registration, an affidavit on Rs. 100 stamp paper confirming the firm is not blacklisted by any government, semi-government, MNC or private organisation, proof of being an authorized distributor, assembler or agent of an international reputed OEM for D.G Sets, and a minimum of three Letters of Award for similar maintenance contracts completed within the last five years, with copies of contracts or LOAs to be uploaded on E-PADS.
Bid documents are available through the online E-PADS portal. Scanned copies of the pay order must be submitted with other mandatory documents during bid submission on the portal. The original bid security must reach the office before bid opening; failure to submit the original bid security will result in automatic bid rejection.
