Description / Scope of Work
The Public Health Engineering Division Lakki Marwat invites sealed bids through the electronic procurement system E-PADS for the improvement of sanitation and drainage infrastructure in Lakki City, District Lakki Marwat. This significant development project, referenced as ADP#160/251006 for the fiscal year 2025-26, carries an estimated cost of 939.350 million rupees and aims to enhance public health facilities and wastewater management systems across the city. The project is being executed in accordance with KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014 following a Single Stage Two Envelope procurement methodology, ensuring transparent and competitive bidding practices.
Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category of enlistment and should possess adequate financial soundness, relevant professional experience, personal capabilities, required equipment, and specialised codes as outlined in the tender documents. A mandatory bid security of 18.83 million rupees (equivalent to 2 percent of the estimated cost) and additional security as per KPPRA Notification No. S.R.O.(14)/Vol-1-24/2021-22 dated 10-05-2022 must be submitted. All bidders and contractors are required to maintain active registration status with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) and PEC, with relevant code of enlistment being compulsory for participation.
Bid solicitation documents and detailed bills of quantities are available for download from the E-PADS portal at www.eprocure.gov.pk. Both technical and financial bids must be uploaded through the electronic system before the closing deadline of 16 June 2026 at 12:00 noon. Technical bids will be opened on 16 June 2026 at 2:00 PM, with financial bid opening scheduled following technical evaluation completion. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 08 June 2026 at 11:00 AM at the office of the Superintending Engineer, PHE Circle Bannu.
