Auction of Scrap and Surplus Items from Afghan Camp by Deputy Commissioner Mianwali

The Deputy Commissioner's Office, Mianwali, Punjab is conducting a public auction of scrap and surplus items from the Afghan Camp at Chhot Chhand Nah in Mianwali district. The auction is scheduled to take place on 05.06.2026 at 12:00 noon at the office of the Deputy Commissioner, Mianwali. Should the auction not occur on the specified date, it will be rescheduled for 08.06.2026 or 12.06.2026 as per notification. Intending bidders may inspect the material during office hours at the office of the Additional Deputy Commissioner (General), Mianwali. The auction will be conducted on an as-is, where-is basis with each lot attracting separate bids, and the highest bidder for each lot will be declared the successful contractor.

All prospective bidders are required to furnish a security deposit of Rs. 100,000 per lot in the form of a CDR (Crossed Demand Draft) before the auction commences. Successful bidders must deposit twenty-five percent of the auction amount on the spot and shall be bound by the department's procurement regulations. Further documentation requirements must be completed at the office of the Additional Deputy Commissioner (General), Mianwali during office hours. Bidders are advised to thoroughly inspect all items and satisfy themselves regarding the condition and quality of the goods before placing bids, as no claims will be entertained after the auction is concluded. The auction committee will conduct proceedings in the presence of committee members.
