Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Vehari invites tenders from PEC registered engineering companies, firms, and joint ventures for three hybrid solarization (off-grid) projects at courts and allied offices in Vehari district, Punjab. The projects include solarization of the District Headquarters in Vehari with an estimated cost of Rs 1.71 million and earnest money of Rs 3.42 lakh, courts and allied offices at Tehsil Burewala with estimated cost Rs 1.23 million and earnest money Rs 2.47 lakh, and courts and allied offices at Tehsil Mailsi with estimated cost Rs 85.50 lakh and earnest money Rs 1.71 lakh. All three projects have a completion period of one month and will involve supply and installation of solar power generation, storage, and related equipment. The total project value exceeds Rs 3 million with combined quantities of 40 items to be procured.
Participating contractors and firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council and listed on the Electronic Government Procurement (EPADS) website at www.eprocure.gov.pk. Interested bidders must upload earnest money in the form of CDR or bank draft or bank guarantee in favour of the District & Sessions Judge, Vehari at 2% of the estimated cost against items of work. All bids must be submitted through the EPADS platform before the closing date. As per PPRA Circular No. L&M (PPRA) 10-1/2011/008595, bidders are required to quote rates against each entry and item of DNT/BOQs instead of percentage and completely fill all pages of rates analysis in financial bids. Incomplete financial bids will be declared non-responsive and excluded from consideration for determining the lowest bidder.
Bid documents can be obtained from the EPADS website, and all bids will be received and downloaded on 10 June 2026 at 10:00 AM in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee. The opening of bids will occur on the same day, with closing time at 09:30 AM and opening time at 10:00 AM. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance. Contractors and firms with false information or non-submission of CDR or bank draft will be disqualified and blacklisted from future tendering processes.
