Description / Scope of Work
The Government of Balochistan is inviting pre-qualified bids for the Development Plan of Nokundl Town under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. This project comprises six work packages including RD-08 Civic Infrastructure Corridor, Nokundl Main Bazaar with 400 shops, temporary shops, parking lot with allied facilities, Nokundl Public Square, and RD Plant with allied facilities across Nokundl Town in Balochistan province. The scope encompasses civil infrastructure development, commercial spaces, and public amenities to support comprehensive town development. Only electronic bids will be accepted and all bidders must register on the Electronic Public Procurement System (EPPS) of BPPRA GOB.
Pre-qualification documents totaling 2,000 PKR in the form of Green Chalan are mandatory and must be obtained from the office of the undersigned. Bidders are required to submit pre-qualification applications latest by 05 June 2026 at 11:30 AM during office hours on working days. The pre-qualification opening will occur on the same day at 12:30 PM at the office located in Nokundl Town, District Chagai, Balochistan. All bidders must possess relevant technical credentials and experience in infrastructure and commercial development projects.
Tender documents are available through the BPPRA website (www.bppra.gob.pk) and the NIT & bidding details can be accessed at www.sppra.gob.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically through the supplier dashboard with the last date of submission on 05 June 2026. Tender opening will take place on the same day at 12:30 PM on the EPPS System.
