Repair, Maintenance and Installation Works at Gwadar Military Engineering Sites

The Office of GE (N) COMWEST Gwadar invites sealed tenders for thirty-two works packages comprising repair, maintenance, replacement and provision of miscellaneous building and repair (B&R) and electrical and mechanical (E&M) items across multiple sites in Gwadar and Makran, Balochistan. The total estimated contract value spans from 0.800 million to 3.000 million rupees per work package, with cumulative scope exceeding 60 million rupees. Works include water supply and electric supply installations, furniture provision, decoration works and miscellaneous installations at Hammerhead Gwadar (multiple sites A through D), Logistic Support Sites (LSS) Gwadar and Makran locations within the Area of Responsibility. This is a Military Engineer Services procurement under PPRA 2004 rules.

Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and borne on the approved MES list in category A, B, C or D with demonstrated experience in similar works. All contractors must provide written certification of PEC registration, confirmation of non-involvement in government litigation, and clearance from the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation. Detailed credentials demonstrating prior relevant project execution within the last two years are mandatory with agency name, amount, duration, commencement and completion dates, progress status and departmental performance reports.

Applications for tender document issuance must be submitted by 03 August 2026 and will be scrutinized based on experience and special area requirements. Sealed tenders must be received by 1130 hours on 12 August 2026 and will be opened at 1200 hours the same date. Contractors may attend the tender opening.
