Description / Scope of Work
The Estate Office Management, Ministry of Housing & Works, Islamabad, invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for special repair, upgradation, and modification to electrical and mechanical installations in Ministry of Housing & Works offices located in Islamabad. This procurement is planned under the FY 2025-26 budget allocation and will be executed through a single-stage, one-envelope bidding process using the Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The scope of works encompasses comprehensive E/M maintenance and upgradation services to ensure optimal functionality of mechanical and electrical systems across the ministry's office facilities in Islamabad.
Eligible bidders must be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform to participate in this procurement. All bids must be secured by either a pay order, banker's cheque, call deposit, or a bid securing declaration in the format specified in the bidding documents. Bidders are required to meet all technical and financial qualifications as outlined in the eligibility criteria section of the standard bidding document. Contractors should possess relevant experience and credentials in electrical and mechanical works to ensure quality execution.
The e-bidding documents containing detailed specifications, terms, conditions, and requirements are available on the EPADS portal at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/ for all registered bidders. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Monday, June 8, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual bid submissions will not be entertained.
