Description / Scope of Work
Municipal Committee Khanpur invites electronic bids for the repair of PCC (Portland Cement Concrete) sewerage drains, tuff tile Muharram routes and city area infrastructure. The estimated project cost is Rs. 48,00,000 with an earnest money requirement of Rs. 2,40,000. This scheme is part of the approved M&R (Maintenance and Repairs) programme for the financial year 2025-26, running from January 1 to June 30, 2026. The project covers repairs and maintenance work across Khanpur city in Punjab province. Bidders will submit proposals through the e-Tendering System as per PPRA Rules.
Eligible bidders must be registered trading firms or companies engaged in construction or civil works, holding valid PEC (Pakistan Engineering Council) licenses, valid CNIC, PRA registration, STRN and NTN certificates. All contractors must register on the e-Procurement portal before participation. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order made payable to Municipal Committee Khanpur. Bidders shall deposit 5% of the scheme cost as per scheduled bank requirements.
Bid documents are available on the EPADS (e-Procurement) portal at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. Bid submission closes on June 9, 2026 at 01:30 PM with opening scheduled for 02:30 PM the same day. Original bid security instruments must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the Procurement Office, Rest House Road Office, Municipal Committee Khanpur by 11:00 AM on June 9, 2026.
