Description / Scope of Work
SBP Banking Services Corporation (SBP BSC), through its Procurement Division I (IT) under the General Services Department, invites bids for the supply, installation and support of additional in-use Cisco Duo Licenses. This is a single-stage, two-envelope procurement procedure announced in May 2026 for delivery in Karachi, Sindh. The tender reference is GSD (PROC-I) / 409644 / Supply / Duo Tokens MFA / 2026. The bidding documents comprise comprehensive sections covering bidding procedures, technical specifications, schedule of requirements, and general and special conditions of contract. Eligible bidders must comply with all requirements stipulated in the Instructions to Bidders and the Bid Data Sheet, including submission of requisite bid security and documentation as per the standard forms provided. Bidders should ensure they meet all technical and commercial qualifications necessary to supply and support Cisco Duo multi-factor authentication licenses.
Bidders must submit their bids in two envelopes as per the two-envelope procedure: one containing technical specifications and qualifications, and another containing the financial proposal. All bids should be submitted electronically (e-bids) in accordance with the instructions provided in Section II of the bidding documents. Bid security requirements and eligible countries are outlined in the respective sections. The procurement is governed by public procurement rules and requires successful bidders to furnish an Integrity Pact as a condition of contract award. Performance security will be required from the selected bidder before the Letter of Acceptance is issued.
Bidding documents are available immediately following publication of the invitation to bid and can be obtained from the Procurement Division I (IT) at the address below. Bids must be submitted by the closing date of 9 June 2026. The bid opening will follow the submission deadline.
