Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Security Printing Corporation (Pvt.) Ltd, through its Purchase Department located in Karachi, invites sealed bids for the supply of a pallet wrapping machine and hiring services for installation and commissioning of the pallet wrapping machine. This procurement follows a Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure under Pakistan's Public Procurement Rules. The tender reference number is LP/T-4144/26/MK, and the procuring authority is based at Jinnah Avenue, Malir Halt, Karachi. The scope of work includes supply of the equipment and professional installation and commissioning services to ensure the machine is fully operational at the buyer's facility in Karachi, Federal Province.
Bidders must meet specific eligibility criteria: they must be the Original Equipment Manufacturer, sole distributor, or authorized dealer of the pallet wrapping machine, and must provide valid certificates proving such status, otherwise their bid will be rejected summarily. All bidders are required to sign and stamp every page of their bid submission. While specific bid security (earnest money) amounts are detailed in the Bid Data Sheet, unsuccessful bidders will have their earnest money returned within five days of the Final Evaluation Report being posted on EPADS and PPRA portals.
