Description / Scope of Work
The Children's Hospital & The Institute of Child Health Multan invites sealed tenders for repair and maintenance of one Pack Cell Machine (Model J6-MI) for the financial year 2026-27. The scope of work includes complete diagnosis, repair, replacement of defective parts, testing and commissioning to restore the equipment to its original working condition. The estimated cost is PKR 1.5 million. The work encompasses repair or replacement of the Display Board (HMI/Display PCB) with programming and configuration, Control Board (Control PCB) with software configuration and calibration, Main Board (Main PCB) with programming and commissioning, and Motor Drive Board/Drive Module with testing and parameter setting. Bid security of 2 percent of the total estimated cost must be submitted electronically on Punjab e-P5. The firm must be fully qualified and trained engineers specializing in the maintenance of this equipment. Sale Tax and Income Tax registration certificates, proof of tax payment, bank statements, and a non-blacklisting affidavit are required. The bidder must also provide a certificate guaranteeing free replacement of Pack Cell Machine parts on the firm's letterhead. The firm will provide one year warranty after repair inclusive of spare parts. The Concession Authority reserves the right to accept or reject all bids and annul the bidding process at any time without incurring liability.
