Furniture Items Procurement by Senior Civil Judge Jhelum

The Office of the Senior Civil Judge (Civil Division) Jhelum invites bids for the procurement of furniture items under tender notice 04/2025/26. The tender includes the supply of four furniture items: computer table, sofa set with seater, revolving chair for officer, office chair with cane base, and office chair in posh finish, along with computer chair and litigant benches. This procurement follows the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and is open to firms with previous experience in supplying similar items to government institutions. Suppliers must be registered with relevant tax authorities including Sales Tax, Professional Tax, and FPA. The estimated cost and bid security requirements will be specified in the bidding documents available through the E-PADS portal.

Bidders must meet eligibility criteria including proven experience in furniture supply to government departments, valid registration with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities, and professional tax compliance. Bid security of 5 percent of the estimated cost is required in the form of a CDR, bank guarantee, or pay order issued by a scheduled bank in favor of the Senior Civil Judge (Civil Division) Jhelum. All applicable taxes including GST, PST, and PRA-IT tax must be included in the bid price for validity until 30.06.2026. The bidding procedure follows a Single Stage One Envelope format as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.

Interested bidders may download documents from E-PADS or obtain further information from the office of the Senior Civil Judge in Jhelum. Bids must be submitted electronically on E-PADS by 08-06-2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened at 11:30 AM the same day, or the next working day in case of public holiday.
