Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Aeronautical Complex, Kamra, Mirage Rebuild Factory invites sealed tenders for the purchase of gases as per an enclosed list under tender reference MRF/Log/26-27. This is an open tender on a closed framework basis for the supply of various industrial gases required for aircraft maintenance and rebuild operations. The tender is issued for the financial year 2026-27 with a scope covering multiple gas types and quantities that may be adjusted at the time of order placement as per MRF requirements. The contract will be executed in Punjab, with delivery required at the MRF premises in Kamra, District Attock.
Eligible suppliers must be registered on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue and must hold a valid Punjab Professional Tax Certificate. Bidders are required to submit sales tax registration certificates, NTN certificates, and proof of active taxpayer status along with their financial offers. Technical proposals must include all relevant specifications, literature, brochures, certificates of conformance, technical data sheets, material safety data sheets, and any other relevant documentation from the original equipment manufacturer. Precision measuring equipment must be accompanied by fresh calibration certificates. Bids must remain valid for a minimum of 365 days covering the entire fiscal year, and quotations are binding on suppliers if a purchase order is issued.
Bid documents can be downloaded from the PAC website www.pac.org.pk or collected from the Directorate of Logistics, Local Purchase Section at MRF PAC Kamra from 25 May 2026 onward during working hours. Sealed tenders comprising separate technical and financial envelopes must be submitted in original form to the Officer In Charge Indigenous Provisioning at the MRF Guard Room by 1000 hours on 09 June 2026. Tender opening will take place at 1100 hours on the same date in the presence of witnessing officers and available firm representatives.
