Description / Scope of Work
SUI Northern Gas Pipelines Limited invites sealed bids for the supply of gas service tees 2 inch under tender enquiry reference SND-2615/26. The procurement is for delivery at Gulberg Stores Lahore, located in Punjab province, Federal territory. This is a single stage two envelope bidding system where technical and financial proposals must be submitted separately. Bidders may quote on DPU basis with free delivery to the Gulberg Stores Lahore location, or on other terms as specified in the commercial terms sheet. The delivery schedule must strictly adhere to the terms outlined in Appendix E, with earlier delivery also acceptable. Bids must remain valid for 90 days from the closing date.
Bidders must ensure compliance with all technical specifications provided in Appendix F and furnish a copy of the bid bond as per Annexure II. Foreign suppliers and their local agents should complete the price schedule in Appendix C(i), while local manufacturers and suppliers must use Appendix C(ii). Bidders are required to submit relevant tax certificates including Sales Tax Registration Certificate and Income Tax Certificate if bidding on DPU basis. All bids must include the completed questionnaire from Appendix D and demonstrate that quotations fully conform to technical specifications and tender terms and conditions.
Bid documents may be obtained from SUI Northern Gas Pipelines Limited, Gas House, 21 Kashmir Road, Lahore, Pakistan. Sealed bids comprising the technical proposal envelope and financial proposal envelope must be submitted to the General Manager Procurement at the above address before 2 July 2026 at 1430 hours. Public opening of technically acceptable bids will occur at 1500 hours on the same date.
