Description / Scope of Work
The Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA), Government of the Punjab, invites sealed electronic bids for the procurement and installation of a solar system at the Govt. College of Technology Chakwal, Punjab. This is a national competitive bidding tender for a solar power project with an estimated value of PKR 5,800,000. The tender is open to active tax bidders registered with the Income Tax Department, Sales Tax Department, PPIB C3 category, and Professional Engineering Council (PEC) in relevant engineering codes. The project scope includes complete supply, installation, and commissioning of the solar system at the designated location in Chakwal.
Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and professional bodies to be eligible for participation. The required bid security is PKR 290,000, which must be submitted in the form of a CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft in favour of TEVTA Non Salary. The bid security should be physically submitted before the closing deadline. Bids must be submitted in a single stage with two envelopes using the least cost method on an accumulative cost basis, meaning only the total rate for the entire tender package will be accepted; item-wise rates are not permitted.
Bidding documents are available free of cost on the e-PADS platform (https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk) and the PPRA website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk). Encrypted electronic bids must be submitted online through the e-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS) on or before 10:30 AM on 18 June 2026. The e-bid opening will take place on the same date at 11:00 AM at the office of TEVTA, Govt. College of Technology Chakwal.
