The Energy and Water Resources Department of the Government of Azad Jammu and Kashmir invites open competitive bids for electricity supply and related infrastructure development in Poonch, AJK, for the financial year 2025-26. This tender follows a Single Stage One Envelope procurement procedure and is issued in accordance with PPRA guidelines and Public Procurement Rules. The project encompasses the installation, operation and maintenance of electricity infrastructure to serve the Poonch region, with detailed specifications available in the tender documents including technical requirements, quality standards and performance obligations.
