Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited, a gas transmission and distribution company, invites sealed bids from original manufacturers, authorized distributors, dealers, and stockists for the supply of miscellaneous civil material. This tender enquiry is referenced as FCS/MDK/TE/027/2026 and is being conducted at the SNGPL Tarap Camp located 04 kilometers from Multan Khurd in Dhok Talli near Tarap Adda in Talagang, Punjab, Pakistan. The tender encompasses various civil materials required for the company's operations, with bidders required to submit their offers in accordance with detailed specifications and terms provided in the bidding documents. Bidders must be original manufacturers or authorized representatives registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax departments, possess valid Professional Tax Clearance Certificates for 2025-26, and be listed on the Active Taxpayers list of the Federal Board of Revenue.
Eligible bidders are required to submit a tender download and printing charges fee of Rs. 1,000 in the form of cash, cheque, or bank draft payable to SNGPL. A bid bond of the quoted material value must be submitted in a sealed envelope as a bank draft, pay order, or bond issued by a scheduled bank of Pakistan on non-judicial stamp paper in favor of SNGPL. Bids received without the required bid bond will not be opened or considered for further evaluation. Bidders should quote prices on the provided price sheet inclusive of all taxes, duties, and levies including Sales Tax, with the GST rate clearly indicated. The offer must remain open for 60 days from the closing date, and bidders may submit in duplicate, with both copies addressed to the Procurement Officer at SNGPL's Tarap Camp office.
Bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, technical specifications, and bid evaluation criteria are available on the PPRA website (EPAD) at www.ppra.gov.pk and on SNGPL's website at www.sngpl.com.pk. Sealed bids must be received at the Procurement Department, SNGPL Office at 04 Km Multan Khurd, Dhok Talli, Tarap Ada, Talagang on or before June 12, 2026 at 03:00 hours, with public opening scheduled for the same day at 03:30 hours on EPAD. Only one authorized representative per bidder is permitted to attend the public opening, and they must submit an authority letter as per specifications. Payment for successful orders will be made within 30 days of goods receipt, with SNGPL deducting 1% of total sales tax as a withholding agent.
