Description / Scope of Work
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL), a Gas Transmission and Distribution Company registered in Lahore, Punjab, invites sealed bids from original manufacturers, authorized distributors, dealers, and stockists for the supply of miscellaneous row material. The tender enquiry is referenced as FCS/TRP/TE/114/2026 and is open to suppliers who are registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, possess valid Professional Tax Clearance Certificates for 2025-26, and are listed on the Active Taxpayers roster of the Federal Board of Revenue. The procurement process is conducted through the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) electronic platform and will be executed at the SNGPL Tarap Camp facility located 04 kilometres from Multan Khurd in Talagang, Punjab. Bidders must include complete commercial terms and technical specifications in their submissions.
Eligibility requirements mandate that participating suppliers must be original manufacturers or authorized representatives of the goods being supplied. All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond submitted in the form of a Bank Draft, Pay Order, or bank-issued bond on non-judicial stamp paper in favour of SNGPL. Additionally, bidders are required to remit tender download and printing charges of Rs. 1,000 in cash, cheque, or pay order form before the tender closing date. Bids received without the mandatory bid bond will not be opened or considered for evaluation. All quotations must remain valid for a period of 60 days from the closing date and must clearly specify the applicability of Sales Tax at the declared rate, with an assumption of 18% GST if not otherwise specified.
Bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, technical specifications, and evaluation criteria are available on the PPRA website (EPAD) and the SNGPL website. Bids must reach the Procurement Department at SNGPL Office, 04 Km Multan Khurd, Dhok Tali, Tarap Ada, Talagang on or before 12 June 2026 at 15:00 hours. Tender opening will occur on the same day at 15:30 hours on EPAD. Bids should be prepared in duplicate and enclosed in sealed envelopes marked confidential.
