The Punjab Institute of Cardiology, located in Lahore on Ghous ul Azam Road, is inviting bids for a framework contract for the supply of medical gases and installation of oxygen tank communication systems at Jinnah Institute of Cardiology Lahore for the financial year 2026-27 and optionally extending through 2027-28 and 2028-29. This procurement covers the supply and delivery of various medical gases required for cardiology operations along with professional installation and commissioning services for oxygen tank infrastructure. The contract scope includes provision of compressed medical gases, installation of distribution systems, and associated technical services as specified in the detailed technical specifications and terms of reference provided in the bidding documents.
Eligible bidders must be registered suppliers with relevant experience in medical gas supply and oxygen tank installation services. Bidders are required to submit technical and financial proposals demonstrating their capability to meet the hospital's medical gas requirements on a continuous basis. A performance guarantee in the form of bid security must accompany all bids as specified in the bid data sheet. All bidders must comply with applicable standards and regulations for handling and supplying medical gases used in healthcare facilities. Preference may be given to bidders with previous experience supplying medical institutions in Punjab.
