Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Okara invites sealed bids for the procurement, installation, testing and commissioning of a 94-kilowatt hybrid solar off-grid system for courts and allied offices at Sessions and Civil Courts in Okara, Deplapur and Renala Khurd in Punjab province. This project is funded under the Access to Justice Development Fund (AJDF) and aims to provide sustainable energy infrastructure to judicial facilities across multiple locations. The hybrid solar system will serve critical court operations with reliable power generation and storage capacity to ensure uninterrupted functioning of the judicial institutions.
Bidders must possess relevant technical qualifications, experience in solar system installation, and valid business registration. Bidders are required to submit performance guarantees and comply with all eligibility criteria outlined in the bidding documents. A bid security is mandatory for all participating bidders. Preference will be given to bidders demonstrating proven track record in hybrid renewable energy projects and compliance with technical specifications.
Bid documents are available from the office of the District & Sessions Judge, Okara, and interested bidders must submit sealed bids by the specified deadline. The bidding process includes technical evaluation of proposals followed by financial evaluation of qualifying bids.
