Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites quotations for professional project management services required for equipment inventory management and transportation coordination to support retail outlet development across Pakistan. This Request for Quotation (RFQ No. RF19567SIR, SAP No. 6100016839) seeks qualified consultants to provide services for a one-year contract period covering inventory management of dispensing units, fuel storage tanks, signage materials, lube racks, safety equipment, car wash equipment, and related assets required for New Vision Retail Outlets development and modernization projects. The scope encompasses management of equipment stored at PSO facilities and warehouses, coordination of transportation to retail outlet sites across Pakistan, liaison with vendors and contractors, arrangement of logistics services, and collaboration with technical teams for installation and commissioning activities.
The selected consultant must possess minimum 16 years of education in Engineering from an HEC-recognized university and demonstrate at least 10 years of professional experience in large national or multinational organizations. Candidates must have 5-7 years of relevant functional experience in inventory management, logistics coordination, equipment handling, or similar operational roles related to infrastructure or retail development projects. Preference will be given to professionals with experience in the oil and gas, energy, or large infrastructure sectors, with proven references from previous or current assignments in such sectors. All payments shall be subject to applicable tax deductions as per prevailing tax laws.
Quotations must be submitted by 09 June 2026, addressed to PSO Dummy Vendor, Pakistan. The unit of measure is per person per day with each day comprising 8 working hours. Bidders are required to read and comply with all instructions attached to this RFQ document. Upon completion of the contract period, the consultant shall hand over all complete documentation and records to PSO.
