Description / Scope of Work
The District & Sessions Judge, Chakwal invites sealed competitive bids for the procurement of 27 hybrid solarization off-grid systems. This procurement project aims to install renewable energy solutions across judicial facilities in Chakwal district, Punjab. The bidding documents contain complete technical specifications, evaluation criteria, and contractual terms for the supply and installation of these hybrid solar systems designed to operate independently from the main electricity grid. Bidders are required to submit comprehensive proposals including technical details, pricing, and compliance documentation.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities, possess valid business registration, and demonstrate prior experience in solar energy system installation. Bidders are required to submit a bid security (earnest money) as specified in the bidding documents to ensure serious participation and contract performance. All bids must be prepared in English language and submitted in sealed envelopes with clearly marked contents to prevent unauthorized opening or tampering.
