Description / Scope of Work
The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites bids for the procurement, supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of neonatal equipment (Package No. 30) on DAP basis for the establishment of Federal Government Polyclinic (PGMI)-II at G-11/3, Islamabad. This is a comprehensive equipment procurement tender for neonatal care facilities at a federal healthcare facility in Islamabad, Punjab province. The tender is issued under reference HCP/FGPC(PGMI)-II/ME-06052026-2/P30 dated 6th May 2026 and will be conducted through the Electronic Procurement system (EPADS) of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004.
All interested applicants must register on EPADS at punjab.eprocure.gov.pk to be eligible for participation. Bidders are required to submit original bid security in the office of the General Manager (Healthcare Projects-II) at IDAP on or before the bid submission date, with a scanned copy attached to the technical bid on EPADS. All lots and all items within lots must be quoted by participating firms; any bidder failing to quote all specified items and lots will be disqualified. Evaluation will be conducted on the basis of the whole package including all items of all lots.
Completed bids comprising technical and financial proposals must be submitted on EPADS on or before 15:30 hours PST on 11th June 2026. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 16:00 hours PST in the Committee Room, Ground Floor, IDAP, 50-B3 Gulberg III, Lahore, in the presence of bidder representatives who wish to attend. Electronic RFP documents containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions are available to registered bidders on EPADS and at the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority website http://ppra.org.pk.
