Description / Scope of Work
The District & Sessions Judge, Toba Tek Singh, located in Punjab province, invites sealed competitive bids for the procurement of 40 hybrid solarization off-grid systems. This procurement aims to install renewable energy systems to support judicial operations in the district. The scope covers supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of complete hybrid solar systems with battery storage capacity suitable for off-grid applications. Eligible bidders must be registered companies or firms duly incorporated under the relevant laws of Pakistan with valid tax registration and business licenses. Bidders must demonstrate technical competence and experience in supplying and installing similar hybrid solar systems. A bid security equivalent to a specified percentage of the estimated bid value must be submitted with each bid in the form of a bank guarantee or pay order. Bidders are required to provide technical documentation certifying product compliance with international standards and qualifications of their installation and maintenance teams.
Bidding documents are available for collection from the office of the District & Sessions Judge, Toba Tek Singh, upon payment of the non-refundable document fee.
