The Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) Multan invites sealed bids from registered engineering firms and contractors for the urgent installation of fire hydrants in different localities of water works sub division under the Water Supply Division WASA Multan, Punjab. This single-stage single-envelope e-tendering project is valued at Rs. 2,369,976 (estimated cost) with an earnest money requirement of Rs. 118,498 at 5 percent of the estimated cost. The work is located in Multan and must be completed within 15 days of contract award. The project aims to enhance fire safety infrastructure across multiple water supply areas in the region.
Contractors and firms participating in this tender must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and codes as per current PPRA regulations. All bidders are required to submit a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favour of the Director Finance WASA Multan as bid security, amounting to five percent of the estimated cost. The original CDR must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the tender title and clearly marked to the Office of the Director Engineering WASA at 316-A Shamasabad Colony near Chungi No. 9, Multan. Current PPRA rules will be strictly applicable, and any violation may result in contractor rejection according to regulations.
Bidders should upload e-bids through the e-PADS portal as per Regulation 6(4) of PPRA Regulations 2024, with the submission deadline set for 11:30 AM on 11-06-2026. The tender opening will be held at WASA Head Office Multan on 11-06-2026 at 11:30 AM where all bids will be retrieved and successful bidders announced in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee. Bids will remain valid for 120 days from the opening date.
