Open tenders are invited by the Head Procurement, Islamabad on FOR Islamabad basis for six separate procurement items: Tellurium IV Oxide (Tender 40/2026), Photocopier Machine (41/2026), Visual Inspection Booths (42/2026), Fire Alarm System (43/2026), Passenger and Cargo Lift (44/2026), and Fabrication of Waveguide Parts (45/2026). All tenders are scheduled to open on 6 August 2026 at 11:00 A.M. Tender receiving closes at 10:30 A.M. the same day. Each tender has a fee of Rs. 2,000 payable by bank draft or pay order in the name of Director Finance, P.O Box 1482, Islamabad.
Tenders are invited from reputed manufacturers and stockists registered with the Sales Tax Department, possessing their own offices with telephone and fax facilities. Tenders 40, 41, 42 and 45 follow a Single Stage One Envelope format, while tenders 43 and 44 follow a Single Stage Two Envelope format. Tender quotations must be accompanied by 2% earnest money of the total order value inclusive of GST payable to Director Finance. Tenders containing cutting or overwriting shall be rejected outright. Tender validity must be a minimum of 60 days from the opening date, and tenders received after the opening date will not be entertained.
Detailed specifications and terms and conditions can be obtained by written request on firm letterhead along with the bank draft. Tender documents will not be issued to firms that failed to supply stores against previous orders. Original bank drafts must be received one day before the opening date, and the last date of tender document issuance is also one day prior. Payment will be made after satisfactory inspection and receipt of complete stores.
