Description / Scope of Work
This tender invites bids for the development and up-gradation of Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto Wellness and Recreational Park in Sukkur, Sindh, a project valued at Rs. 225.500 million. The park is located adjacent to SICVD (Sindh Institute of Cardio Vascular Diseases) and opposite to SICHN (Sindh Institute of Child Health and Neonatology) in Sukkur. This is a comprehensive works procurement following SPPRA (Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority) rules for the financial year 2025-2026, involving development of recreational facilities to enhance wellness and public health amenities in the region.
Bidders must be eligible contractors registered with the relevant authorities and capable of executing works of this magnitude. The bid security required is Rs. 11.275 million or 5 percent of the contract value. Interested bidders are required to submit tender cost of Rs. 5,000 and must provide all necessary documents including technical qualifications, financial capacity, equipment details, proposed construction schedule, method statements, and an integrity pact as detailed in the bidding document appendices.
