Description / Scope of Work
The Public Health Engineering Division, Sialkot invites sealed tenders through the Electronic Procurement System (e-PADS/PPRA) for the construction of sewerage, water supply and drainage infrastructure across multiple union councils in Sialkot District, Punjab. Three separate packages are being tendered with a combined estimated cost of approximately 1,346.32 million rupees. Package 1 covers construction works in UCs Jatawindi, Rasool Khan, Pejokay, Dhodha, Sokinwind, Ghutailian, Takhtalpur and Sikhpau with an estimated cost of 441.470 million rupees. Package 2 encompasses infrastructure development in UCs Kapoorpur, Ballagan, Shahzada, Dhulam Kahlyan, Daagi Harian, Madadpur vains and surrounding areas with an estimated cost of 451.469 million rupees. Package 3 involves construction in UCs Kingra, Masial, Prail, Charwa, Pindi Bhago, Karrara, Masial, Kingra and other areas with an estimated cost of 452.378 million rupees. All works are scheduled for completion by 30 June 2029.
Bidders must possess valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in the relevant category for 2025-26 and must submit earnest money in the form of CDR at 5 percent of the estimated cost to the Executive Engineer by the bid closing deadline. Original CDR submission is mandatory and failure to submit constitutes grounds for disqualification. Performance guarantees of 10 percent are required in the form of pay orders, bank drafts or bank guarantees valid for three months beyond contract completion. Bids must be itemised, complete and unfilled in all respects, with strict adherence to PPRA rules and amendments.
Bidders and contractors may submit tenders electronically through the PPRA portal (www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk) up to 10:00 AM on 11 June 2026, with opening scheduled for 12:30 PM the same day at the office of the Executive Engineer.
