Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Educational Endowment Fund (PEEF) invites sealed bids from registered vendors for the supply of stationery items for the financial year 2026-27. This single stage single envelope bidding procurement is for an estimated cost of Rs. 2,000,000 and will be conducted at PEEF's office located at 33-Civic Center, Sabzazar, Lahore, Punjab. The stationery items are required to support PEEF's operational and administrative functions throughout the financial year. Vendors must be registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments including Income Tax and Sales Tax.
Eligible bidders must submit a bid security of Rs. 60,000 (3 percent of the estimated price) in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or Pay Order along with their technical bid. All rates quoted must be inclusive of all applicable taxes and charges, and shall remain valid until 30 October 2026. Bidders are required to be properly registered with tax authorities and relevant regulatory bodies to participate in this procurement process.
Bids must be delivered to the Manager Administration & HR at PEEF's address on or before 10 June 2026 at 11:00 am. Bid opening will take place on the same day at 11:30 am in the presence of bidders' representatives. Interested vendors may obtain complete bidding documents from PEEF during working hours until 2 June 2026, or download them from www.peef.org.pk, the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website, or the Punjab e-procurement portal.
