Description / Scope of Work
National Grid Company of Pakistan Limited (NGCP) invites electronic bids for shifting, dragging, pulling and transportation of dismantled 04 numbers 220/132kV, 160MVA auto transformers from the 132kV switchyard to the dedicated storage area at 500kV Grid Station in Sheikhupura, Punjab. This is a single stage single envelope tender executed under NGCP's own resources with a bid security of PKR 150,000. The scope of work includes complete handling and transportation of four transformer units from their current location at the 132kV switchyard to the specified storage area within the Sheikhupura grid station complex.
Bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. Firms and contractors must also be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in an appropriate category as per NGCP specifications. The bid security requirement is PKR 150,000 and must be submitted in accordance with the conditions outlined in the bidding document. Eligible contractors should possess relevant experience in heavy equipment transportation and handling of high-voltage electrical equipment.

Electronic bids through E-PADSV1.0 must be submitted on or before 10 June 2026 at 13:00 hours, with bid opening scheduled for the same date at 13:30 hours. Prospective bidders should carefully review all technical and commercial conditions specified in Volume-1 of the bidding document before submitting their proposals.
