Description / Scope of Work
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites sealed competitive bids for the supply and delivery of construction materials including cement, bricks, river sand, and crush to multiple compressor stations in Punjab. The tender enquiry reference MNT/TE/032/2026 covers procurement of 300 bags of OP cement (50 kg per bag), 300 cubic feet of Lawrencepur sand, 400 cubic feet of half-inch down crush, and 9,000 first class bricks of 9" x 4" x 3" size. Deliveries are required within 30 days at specified locations including Compressor Station CC-3 Gali Jagir, Compressor Station AC-1x Bhong, and Compressor Station CC-1 Haran Pur in Punjab province. All materials must be supplied carriage paid to the designated sites with proper loading and unloading arrangements.
Eligible bidders must possess valid GST and NTN registrations along with professional tax certificates. A bid securing declaration in original form is mandatory for all bidders and must be uploaded in the E-PADS system. The tender participation fee of Rs 500 must be submitted before tender opening via pay order or CDR. Quotations remain valid for 60 days from the closing date. Late delivery charges of 1% per week (maximum 10%) will apply for delays beyond the specified delivery period, exclusive of force majeure events.
Bidders must submit quotations both online through PPRA E-PADS and in sealed printed envelopes marked "Confidential" to the Senior Officer (Procurement), SNGPL Transmission Office, Piran Ghaib Road Multan. The tender closes at 15:00 hours on 11 June 2026 with public opening at 15:30 hours the same day. Quotations must include item numbers, discounts if any, complete specification details, rates excluding and including 18% GST, delivery periods, and brand/country of origin. Only one representative per bidder with Letter of Authority may attend the bid opening. Material must comply with specifications and substandard or defective supplies will be replaced at no cost to SNGPL.
