Description / Scope of Work
The Government of the Punjab, Public Works Department, invites sealed bids for the provision of precast concrete slabs and related construction materials under this tender notice. The procurement scope encompasses the supply of PC slabs for filling and leveling purposes across various engineering works and infrastructure projects in Punjab province. The estimated contract value ranges from PKR 3,000 to PKR 6,500 per unit, with total project requirements detailed in the tender schedule. Materials include precast concrete slabs, earth filling, leveling operations, gravel supplies, and ancillary construction items required for road and infrastructure development works. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered contractors with relevant construction credentials and experience in supply of concrete materials and earth work operations. Bidders must possess valid registration with the relevant construction or engineering boards and demonstrate capacity to supply materials as per specifications. Bid security in the amount of one point three percent (1.3%) of the estimated tender value must be submitted along with technical and financial proposals. All bids shall be evaluated on the basis of past performance, rates quoted, and compliance with technical specifications outlined in the tender documents.
Bid documents are available for collection from the office of the District Officer during normal business hours. Sealed bids must be submitted to the designated receiving office on or before the closing date of June 10, 2026 at 2:00 PM. Bids will be opened publicly on the same date following submission closure. Interested bidders should contact the issuing authority for complete specifications, drawings, and detailed conditions of contract. All inquiries regarding tender conditions and material specifications should be directed to the Public Works Department office during office hours.
