Description / Scope of Work
PIA Holding Company Limited (PIAHCL) invites qualified and experienced firms and organizations registered on EPADS v2.0 to submit bids for the operation, maintenance and routine servicing of two standby generators (359 KVA and 05 KVA capacity) and four lifts installed at the PIAHCL Building located on Egerton Road in Lahore, Federal territory of Pakistan. This is a single stage, single envelope open competitive bidding process conducted under Rule 36(a) of the Public Procurement Rules 2004, using least cost based selection (LCBS) methodology in accordance with PPRA regulations and instructions. The scope of work includes comprehensive operation, maintenance and routine servicing activities to ensure optimal functionality and safety compliance of all equipment at the facility.
Bidders must be registered on the EPADS v2.0 portal and meet specified eligibility criteria as detailed in the e-bidding documents. All bids must be accompanied by bid security of PKR 100,000 in the form of pay order, demand draft, or CDR in favor of PIA Holding Company Limited, along with a tender fee of PKR 10,000. Interested firms and organizations not currently registered on EPADS v2.0 may register themselves through the EPADS Registration Portal prior to bid submission.

E-bids prepared in accordance with instructions in the e-bidding documents must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Monday, June 8, 2026 at 02:00 PM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 02:30 PM.
