Description / Scope of Work
The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan invites bids through PPRA's E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for five support and enhancement requirements. The tender covers subscription renewal of HA Proxy support services, Alfresco support services, ArtiCase support services, enhancement of Dell EMC Unity storage capacity at primary and disaster recovery sites, and patch management solution implementation for Linux servers. These procurements are open to authorized service providers, principals, authorized dealers, distributors, partners and resellers registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List maintained by the Federal Board of Revenue. The procurements are conducted in accordance with PPRA guidelines and federal procurement regulations.
Bidders must be authorized representatives of original equipment manufacturers or authorized service providers with valid registrations. Bid security requirements, eligibility criteria, and technical specifications are detailed in the complete bidding documents available for download from the PPRA portal at no cost. All bids must comply with the prescribed format including terms and conditions, method of procurement, procedure for submission, bid bond requirements, bid validity, opening of bids, evaluation criteria, and clarification or rejection grounds as specified in the bidding documents.
Bids prepared in accordance with instructions in the bidding documents must be submitted only through EPADS on or before 1430 hours on June 08, 2026. Bids will be opened on the same day at 1500 hours. For technical difficulties with EPADS, prospective bidders may contact PPRA at https://www.ppra.org.pk/.
