Description / Scope of Work
The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Pakistan is recruiting a National Individual Consultant specializing in Governance Capacity Expert under reference UNDP-PAK-01614. This is an individual contractor procurement (IC) assignment for engaging a qualified governance expert to support capacity building and institutional strengthening initiatives at the national level. The contract duration is 170 working days spread over a period of 10 months commencing from the date of contract signature. The assignment falls under UNDP's global procurement process and is managed through the UNDP Quantum supplier portal system.
Candidates must register or have an existing supplier profile with the UNDP Quantum portal system to submit proposals. Prospective bidders are required to access the negotiation using the reference number UNDP-PAK-01614 through the supplier portal at http://supplier.quantum.partneragencies.org. All requests for clarification regarding tender requirements must be submitted in writing via the portal's messaging functionality. UNDP will provide written responses without disclosing the identity of the inquiring party. Proposals must be submitted directly through the UNDP Quantum supplier portal no later than 09 June 2026 at 06:00 AM New York time. The tender was published on 26 May 2026.
