Description / Scope of Work
The Material Management division of Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) invites electronic bids for the procurement of 400-KVA distribution transformers under Tender No 4362 for the fiscal year 2026-27. This is a national-level goods procurement conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform using a Single Stage-One Envelope methodology with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. The procurement aims to source high-capacity distribution transformers required for the electricity distribution network in Punjab province, with the contract subject to detailed specifications and terms outlined in the bidding documents available on the EPADS portal.
Eligible bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 on or before Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at 10:30 AM. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of pay order, banker's cheque, call deposit, bank guarantee, or demand draft as specified in the bidding document. Where bid security is not required by the procuring agency, bidders are required to furnish a signed bid security declaration. Bidders must comply with all eligibility criteria and evaluation parameters defined in the tender documentation.

Electronic bids will be opened on Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at 11:00 AM using the EPADS v2.0 system; manual bid submission is not entertained.
