Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Marine Academy invites bids for repair and maintenance of office and residential buildings (minor works) along with cleaning of solar panels at its facility located in Karachi, Sindh Province. This is a non-consultancy services contract with visiting site being mandatory for all bidders. The procurement is being conducted for the financial year 2025-26 using reserved funds and will cover eligible payments under the contract for building repairs and solar panel cleaning services at the Academy's premises on Hawksbay Road, Mauripur, Karachi West District.
Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 (e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) to participate in this procurement. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order or Bid Securing Declaration as per the prescribed format. The procurement will follow the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure under Open Competitive Bidding using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and relevant authority instructions.
Electronic bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications and requirements are available on EPADS at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 on or before June 11, 2026 at 05:00 AM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 10:30 AM. Manual bid submissions will not be accepted.
