Description / Scope of Work
National Grid Company of Pakistan Limited invites sealed bids from eligible contractors to obtain IT Works Drive for Tender No. PO-ISD-01-2026 through NGC's own resources. The scope of work involves IT line setup at NGC Training Centre Tabella in Islamabad, Federal Province. This project is open to all bidders meeting the specified eligibility requirements. The employer invites bids from companies licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category. Competitive bidding will be conducted following PCC's Single Stage Two Envelope procedure.
Bidders must be duly licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council and registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and relevant provincial authorities. The bidder shall also be duly licensed by PEC and must be on the Active Taxpayers List of Federal Board of Revenue. Bidders must possess relevant experience in completing similar construction contracts. A bid security of not less than PKR 1,200,000 is required, presented as a bank guarantee or in a form acceptable to the employer. All bidders must meet qualification criteria including demonstrated experience in IT infrastructure projects comprising construction of towers, transmission lines, or similar works at 500kV or higher voltage.
Bid documents may be purchased from the NGC office upon submission of a non-refundable fee of PKR 5,000. Documents are available from the office at 1st Floor, House-48, Street 34, Sector G-14/4, Islamabad. Complete bidding documents must be submitted through E-PROCS system as well as in hard form on or before 2026-06-11.
