Description / Scope of Work
Municipal Committee Zahirpir invites electronic bids from registered firms and companies engaged in trading for the construction and repair of soling, sewerage, and tuff tile infrastructure on the Muharam Route in Zahirpir, Punjab. This procurement is conducted through the e-Procurement and Auction Data System (EPADS) under single stage single envelope procedures. Bidders must be registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments including PEC license, Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax certification. The project is located in Zahirpir on Old Police Station Road and represents a significant municipal infrastructure development initiative.
All e-bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or Pay Order in the name of Municipal Committee Zahirpir. The bid security amount shall be equivalent to the estimated project price. Eligible bidders must demonstrate requisite registration and compliance with all financial and professional documentation requirements. Late bids will be rejected without exception. Bidders must ensure their organizations meet all mandatory eligibility criteria before submission.
Bidders must submit complete e-bids online via the EPADS website at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk by 12 June 2026 at 11:00 AM, with e-bid opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM. Original bid security instruments must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the bidding document number and title at the Procurement Office, Police Station Road, Municipal Committee Zahirpir, before the submission deadline.
