The Azad Government of Jammu & Kashmir, Electricity Department Operation Division Bhimber invites sealed bids for two major infrastructure projects under Financial Year 2025-26 through open competitive bidding. The first scheme involves replacement of three LEG poles (HT/LT/TF) with conductor, while the second comprises construction of an 11 KV feeder with dog conductor running from 132 KV Grid Station Bhimber to Dheri Wattfan. These works fall under different schemes of LA-07 covering normal, deposit, and development categories. Eligible contractors and firms must be registered with AJK PWD or Electricity Department in category C-04/C-05/C-06/C-10/C-11 for supply of HT/LT poles, conductor, hardware, and related materials as per PPRA rules.
Bidders must be registered with APO/ADP in relevant categories and submit bid security of Rs. 300,000 with their proposals. All participating firms must furnish affidavits confirming they are neither blacklisted nor in conflict with government entities anywhere in the state of AJK, federally administered areas, or the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Tender rates must conform to PPRA 2017 regulations, and the competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any bid as permitted under PPRA rules. Tender printing charges are Rs. 2,000 non-refundable.
Tender forms are available from the Executive Engineer Electricity Operation Division Bhimber office during business hours until 15-06-2026. Sealed bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 16-06-2026 and will be opened at 11:30 AM the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
