The Town Municipal Corporation Saddar Karachi invites sealed cover tenders under SPPRA Rules 2010 (Amended 2020) for sixteen street rehabilitation and maintenance works across Karachi. The scope includes de-silting cleaning of Nallah infront of Karachi Police Hospital, improvement of staff office rooms, street rehabilitation through paver block flooring, drainage improvements with heavy equipment supply, and repair and maintenance of trenches and patches in various residential and commercial areas including Hira Lal Ganatra road, Hashmi Masjid, ZamZam Residency, Hassan Lashkari Gali, Jilani Masjid Garden, Alwar Mension Compound, Faizan-e-Millad Masjid, and surrounding localities. The estimated cost ranges from Rs 19,97,520 to Rs 29,99,400 per work item, with total project value exceeding Rs 450 million for comprehensive urban infrastructure enhancement in Karachi, Sindh province.
